Time Out...
Every year, our children are TESTED in reading.
They are tested in math.
They are tested in writing.
They are tested in science.
They are tested in social studies
THEY ARE TESTED, TESTED, TESTED!
And now, Chancellor Klein has announced that children will be additionally tested in Grades K-12 EVERY 6-8 WEEKS!
WHEN WILL TEACHERS HAVE TIME TO TEACH?
Mr. Mayor, Mr. Chancellor, Mr. Commissioner:
WE WANT TEACHING NOT TESTING!!
